shining sun, shimmering puddles from a recent rain. everything smells fresh and clean.
white hair shifts with the breeze, glistening pink hues catching the glance of the taller male. he smiles, a coy expression, and "shyly" tucks a few strands of hair behind his pale ear.
the polish on his nails sparkle with the sunlight, bringing more radiance to his charming face.

The man seems a little cheesy, though he was willing to ignore it for the time being. "Sure," he replies as he walks closer to the brunette, practically latching onto his arm. "Where to?"

There’s a slight moment of discomfort as Claude’s arm is taken. Truly he doesn’t mind, personal space is nothing something he gets a lot. It’s a luxury, a privilege really. “There’s this café above Le Originals that has great desserts and a decent view of the tower and river. Do you like cheesecake?” KRISTOFFER KROWE

Even if he can sense the slight discomfort his latching provides, Kris seems to revel in it. He smiles, his eyes narrowing slightly.
"I know the place," he replies. "Who doesn't like cheesecake?"
What really gets him isn't the fact that it's cheesecake, but that the area looks swanky and the cheesecake is free. Free for Kris, anyway.

To the albino, the eyeroll is connected to how droll the question is. Nothing more. He doesn't care.

He shrugs. Kris isn't into the whole death and destruction thing, so he probably won't understand if explained. But action and chaos he does understand and the thought makes his heart pound a bit in anticipation. Fight or flight.
"What do you care about right now?" He purrs, his fingers lightly feeling along the man's arm, examining the fabrics of his clothes. What they're made of, how they feel.

“Right now? Right now. Apple pie or cheesecake. If cheesecake then what kind, cherry, strawberry? Or maybe I’ll forgo it and just have black coffee or tea.” They were here, just a short flight of stairs to go up and the café was there. Separated into two parts, an indoors (a quaint décor with walls decorated with expensive paintings, mostly remakes) and an outdoor, which was nothing short of an large balcony. KRISTOFFER KROWE

Food rests on his mind again as the man brings it up. It occurs to him that he hasn't been told his name, nor has he given his own. How long, he wonders, will this last?
"I'll have cheesecake with cherry toppings," he states as they make their way up to the cafe, "with a cup of coffee, seated outside so that I can breath this fresh air and look out onto the beautiful scenery."
It isn't a request, but his order.
"And you'll sit alongside me to keep me company."

Claude sits across. Seated outside the view picturesque and the air, well, he wouldn’t describe it as fresh. To him Paris, especially this part, always had an old smell lingering underneath all the fresh paint. It was suffocating most of the time. “Cheesecake with cherry toppings, two coffees black and a cheese danish for myself.” He takes out a pack of cigarettes and a zippo lighter detailed with a flower, its old and rusty but works nonetheless. “Do you?” He offers a cigarette. Perhaps it's because he's lived here for so long, but the albino doesn't mind that old smell. It reminds him of history, the past, things to be learned and discovered, old money.
"I don't usually make it a habit, but, since you've offered so kindly," he reaches into the pack and plucks out a cigarette, holding it between his two fingers and placing it to his lips as he waits for a light. "What type are they?"
The lighter is beautiful in Kris' opinion, even if it is old and rusty. It gives it character. Zippo lighters always intrigued him, so much classier than plastic ones with tacky colors.
He takes a long drag, pulling in that toxic smoke, and lets out with a soft sigh.
