[attr="class","infop"]So Kitten and I have noticed some confusion/misunderstanding about the nature of magic and how magicians can use magic.[break][break]
Magicians in Black Sun do not have/use "legit" or "real" magic. Think magicians who use deception, tricks and illusions. The system's pretty straightforward: you summon and contract a djinni/demon/spirit from the Other Place and command them to do your bidding. They use "real" magic, and are often invisible/otherwise disguised so it seems like the magician is the source.[break][break]
But it's like a sleight-of-hand. It isn't innate. Magical training is learned from books. Anyone has the potential to summon and command a djinni—if they have the knowledge and years of training.[break][break]
Hopefully this clears things up! If not, please help us and tell us how to make this aspect of the site clearer/more understandable!!
