The first born of a poor family, Cedric was given to the government to be raised in an orphanage. There, like any other firstborn, he was subjected to tests of all sorts until he was decided to continue with his training at age eight. Due to losing several of his friends at the age of eight when they didn't make the cut, Cedric does not hold human relationships highly. He focuses only on himself and furthering his life. However, because of his age, the boy still finds himself faltering at times in his resolution to care for only himself.

His contracted Djinni goes by the name of Blanc in public, but is simply the name given to him by Cedric to address and command him by. The Djinni, true to his name, is a pure white creature that takes the disguised form of various animals. Blanc's main aspect is the ability to display what he sees and hears on reflective surfaces near the owner of his contract. This allows Cedric to view it as if he's watching a television broadcast that only he can see on windows, mirrors and various other surfaces. He is also capable of hunting down traces of energy and magic he's seen or felt before, either in person or from an object. Blanc can become intangible, vanishing from sight and blend into the earth to travel long distances. [break][break]
He can transform into various animals to fly, swim and do other things. Blanc's most commonly seen forms are those of a cat, a wolf and a dove. While Blanc normally stays intangible, he has been shown to be capable of attacking others in a similar manner as that of the beast he's taken the shape of.
